Compliance
Stay on the right side of MCA and ROC rules with annual filings, director KYC and event-based forms.
What it is

- Companies changing directors, address, capital or name
Documents usually required
- Audited financial statements
- Board and shareholder meeting details
- Director PAN, Aadhaar, email and mobile for KYC
- Board resolutions for any change being filed
The process
- 01Review what is due and by when
- 02Collect the financials and resolutions
- 03Prepare forms such as AOC-4 and MGT-7 (or Form 8 and 11 for LLPs)
- 04File with MCA using digital signatures
- 05Challans and acknowledgements saved to your vault
